Phases
The first step in the process is a telephone interview, in which we introduce the candidate to the professional opportunity and analyse the information in the candidate's CV.
Subsequently, the head of the professional area the candidate will be joining, if selected, will hold an interview to go into more detail about the candidate's technical skills the company requires.
At the end of the selection process, the candidates who match the required specifications are identified and our HR team will notify each participant of the final result of the selection process.
