SAIPEM: Financial Calendar 2013
San Donato Milanese (Milan), January 18th, 2013 – Saipem announces the dates of the publication of its financial results, to be approved by its Board of Directors and Shareholders in 2013:
• February 13th, 2013: Preliminary consolidated financial statements at December 31st, 2012; dividend estimate for the 2012 financial year; press release and conference call;
• March 13th, 2013: Saipem Group consolidated financial statements and Saipem S.p.A. draft financial statements at December 31st, 2012; proposal for the 2012 dividend; press release;
• April 23rd, 2013: First quarter 2013 results; press release and conference call;
• July 30th, 2013: Second quarter 2013 results and interim financial report at June 30th, 2012; press release and conference call;
• October 28th, 2013: Third quarter 2013 results; press release and conference call.
The Ordinary Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the approval of the financial statements of Saipem S.p.A. at December 31st, 2012 and the allocation of net income will be held on April 24th and April 30th, 2013 (first and second call, respectively).
The dividend for the 2012 financial year will be paid on May 23rd, 2013 (ex-dividend date: May 20th, 2013; record date: May 22nd, 2013).
Any amendment to the above calendar will be notified to the market.
