Sustainability scorecard
How we report our sustainability efforts
We provide annual updates on sustainability mainly through two reporting documents, providing stakeholders with a clear view of our performance, progress and challenges across material sustainability topics.
For over 20 years, we have published a voluntary document outlining our commitments on priority ESG issues and tracking action towards our goals. The 2025 Sustainability Overview offers a clear, accessible account of progress against the key pillars of our sustainability plan, our strategic initiatives and how we are supporting clients to operate more sustainably. The Overview complements the Consolidated Sustainability Statement published in accordance with the European Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and Italian Legislative Decree No. 125 of December 6, 2024 (included in the Directors’ Report of the Annual Report 2025).
