FLEX FLNG, Flexible by design

It combines a standardised hull with a modular process architecture, reducing engineering customisation while promoting repeatability and execution certainty.
A fully integrated gas pre-treatment system based on plug-and-play standard “design bricks” enables deployment across a broad range of reservoirs, while its flexibility to accommodate different liquefaction technologies allows optimisation of plant performance according to field-specific requirements.

ZR-FLNG, Simple by technology
Our mid-scale FLNG product, conceived from 0.5 to 1.5 MTPA, is designed to unlock the value of stranded and associated gas resources that often remain undeveloped, reinjected or flared due to challenging project economics.
Powered by Saipem’s proprietary liquefaction technology, LiqueflexTM 2.0, featuring a zero imported liquid hydrocarbon refrigerant scheme (ZR) and leveraging well referenced and proven equipment, ZR-FLNG is a cost-effective solution with maximised operational safety and top-class efficiency.
ZR-FLNG can either be deployed through a standardised new-build hull to accelerate project execution or, alternatively, through the conversion of existing Moss Maritime LNG carriers to further improve cost competitiveness.
