The Saipem Academy embraces all-round training, development and employer branding. We work actively with schools and universities to inspire and train young people, offering educational projects, internships and opportunities for growth.

We also promote local training initiatives to enhance the local communities, by structuring vocational training paths and information and training events to raise awareness in the community of key topics such as sustainability, innovation, human rights and the professions of the future.
