Female empowerment and STEM, fighting gender prejudice
Saipem intends to invest in the enhancement of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) skills and roles by increasing the number of female STEM graduates by 2025. We encourage and promote the development of STEM skills, aiming to increase exposure to and trust in this career, fighting particularly gender-based cognitive prejudices.
