Saipem: Paolo Calcagnini has been appointed chief financial officer and officer responsible for the Company’s financial reporting

Saipem also informs that the Board of Directors, having heard the Compensation and Nomination Committee and with the favorable opinion of the Board of Statutory Auditors, today appointed Paolo Calcagnini as Officer Responsible for the company’s financial reporting, pursuant to art. 154-bis of Legislative Decree 58/1998.

Saipem wishes to thank Antonio Paccioretti for the fruitful work he carried out as Chief Financial Officer and Officer Responsible for the company’s financial reporting; Antonio Paccioretti shall report directly to the General Manager and support him in leading and supervising the Group’s strategic projects and extraordinary transactions.

In compliance with Borsa Italiana’s Market Regulations, Saipem informs that Paolo Calcagnini and Antonio Paccioretti have no shareholdings in the Company.
