Saipem: Financial Calendar 2022
San Donato Milanese (Italy), January 17, 2022 – Saipem announces the following dates for the publication of its financial results, which will be approved by the Board of Directors and by the Shareholders’ Meeting in 2022.
Saipem intends to continue preparing and disclosing, also in 2022, on a voluntary basis, the Interim Reports at March 31 and September 30, in keeping with the information content, terms of approval and publication, already released to the market on December 16, 2016.
