Saipem: Financial Calendar 2021
San Donato Milanese, December 15, 2020 – Saipem announces the following dates for the publication of its financial results, to be approved by the Board of Directors and by the Shareholders’ Meeting in 2021.
Saipem intends to continue preparing and disclosing, also in 2021, on a voluntary basis, the Interim Reports at March 31 and September 30, in keeping with the information content, terms of approval and publication, already released to the market on December 16, 2016.
- February 24, 2021: Board of Directors’ meeting - Saipem Group preliminary consolidated 2020 results.
- February 25, 2021: Press release and conference call.
- March 12, 2021: Board of Directors’ meeting - Saipem Group consolidated financial statements and Saipem S.p.A. draft financial statements at December 31, 2020. Press release.
- April 27, 2021: Board of Directors’ meeting – First quarter 2021 results.
- April 28, 2021: Press release and conference call.
- April 30, 2021: Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (single call) for the approval of the financial statements of Saipem S.p.A. at December 31, 2020 and the appointment of the Board of Directors. Press release detailing the AGM voting outcome.
- July 29, 2021: Board of Directors’ meeting - Second quarter 2021 results and interim financial report at June 30, 2021.
- July 30, 2021: Press release and conference call.
- October 28, 2021: Board of Directors’ meeting – Third quarter 2021 results.
- October 29, 2021: Press release and conference call.
