Saipem: resignation of the non-executive member of the Board Leone Pattofatto
San Donato Milanese (Milan), October 4, 2018 – Saipem informs that, today and with immediate effect, Mr Leone Pattofatto, a non-executive and non-independent member of the Board and a member of Saipem’s Audit and Risk Committee, resigned.
As of today, Mr Pattofatto has no shareholdings in the Company.
Saipem thanks Mr Pattofatto for the work carried out within the Board of Directors.
