Saipem: the CFSO Giulio Bozzini to leave the company
San Donato Milanese (Milan), September 13, 2018 – Saipem S.p.A. informs that Mr Giulio Bozzini, Chief Financial and Strategy Officer, has decided to pursue other professional experiences and will leave the company, effective from October 15, 2018.
Saipem S.p.A. thanks Mr Bozzini for the work done and for the positive contribution given thanks to his experience and competences.
The name of his successor will be announced on completion of the selection process already commenced by the company.
Such process aims to ensure a fluid and efficient transition as well as an adequate transfer of responsibilities.
Saipem S.p.A. reiterates that, since June 7, 2016, the role of Manager Responsible for the Preparation of the Company’s Financial Reports pursuant to article 154-bis of Legislative Decree No. 58/1998 has been held by Mr Mariano Avanzi, Manager of Planning, Administration and Control.
In compliance with the Instructions for the Rules of the Market of Borsa Italiana (the Italian stock exchange), it is hereby announced that Giulio Bozzini holds no shares in the company.
