Saipem: Board of Directors 10 December 2014
San Donato Milanese (Milan), 10 December 2014 – Saipem Board of Directors, at an ordinary meeting today, approved the financial calendar for 2015, including the dates of the publication of its financial results, to be approved by its Board of Directors and Shareholders in 2015:
• February 16, 2015: Preliminary consolidated financial statements at December 31, 2014 and 2015 guidance; press release and conference call;
• March 10, 2015: Saipem Group consolidated financial statements and Saipem S.p.A. draft financial statements at December 31, 2014; press release;
• April 27, 2015: First quarter 2015 results; press release and conference call;
• July 28, 2015: Second quarter 2015 results and interim financial report at June 30, 2015; press release and conference call;
• October 27, 2015: Third quarter 2015 results; press release and conference call.
The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the approval of the financial statements of Saipem S.p.A. at December 31, 2014 will be held on April 30, 2015 (single call).
Any amendment to the above calendar will be notified to the market.
With reference to media reports published over the past few days, Saipem confirms that, among other agenda items, the Board also started to analyse some preliminary hypotheses for 2015 activities, in light of potential new market scenarios.
The approval of 2015 guidance, which will stem from the analysis to be carried out, is planned to take place by the February meeting as illustrated in the Financial Calendar.
With reference to specific developments relating to the South Stream project, following the receipt of notification of work suspension, Saipem will update the market as soon as new information from the client becomes available.
