San Donato Milanese (Milan), 14 April 2014 – Saipem informs that two lists of candidates for the Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors have been filed, in view of the forthcoming General Shareholders’ meeting called to appoint the new Boards on May 6, 2014 (single call).
The list of candidates for the Board of Directors presented by Eni (holding 42.924% of Saipem’s ordinary share capital) is as follows:
