SAIPEM: Savings Shareholders’ Meeting appoints the Common Representative
San Donato Milanese (Milan), April 30, 2013 – The special Savings Shareholders’ Meeting of Saipem S.p.A. convened today on first call and confirmed Roberto Ramorini as the Common Representative for the financial years 2013, 2014 and 2015.
