Saipem has been included in the Euronext Vigeo Eiris indices Europe 120 and Eurozone 120, the ranking of the 120 European companies with best performances in ESG (Environment, Social and Governance) themes among those with the largest floating capital either in the Eurozone and in Europe.

This inclusion confirms Saipem among the best companies in Europe and in its reference sector on sustainability issues. Saipem has been included in the London Stock Exchange's FTSE4Good stock index series for several years, the index which identifies the companies with best performances in ESG themes in the world. Saipem is also included in the World and Europe stock indices of the Dow Jones Sustainability Index, as a leader in the industrial sector 'Energy Equipment Services'.

Marco Stampa, Saipem Corporate Sustainability Manager, commented: “The inclusion of Saipem in the Euronext Vigeo Eiris index is a further acknowledgement of the core role of the sustainable development in our company business. The appreciation by the financial community is for us an important milestone. It is the result of our commitment to the transparent reporting of strategies, programs and non-financial performances as global solutions provider aiming to accompany the energy transition in an innovative way, an obligatory path for a sustainable exit from the crisis we are experiencing”.
