Maputo, April 3, 2020 - Saipem and Instituto de Formação Profissional e Estudos Laborais Alberto Cassimo (IFPELAC) signed yesterday a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in Maputo to jointly develop professional training programs dedicated to young Mozambicans in Capo Delgado province and a know-how exchange program between Saipem and IFPELAC trainers.

The MoU was signed by Bertrand Noyelle, Managing Director of Saipem Moçambique, and Anastacio Chambeze, General Director of IFPELAC, at the presence of His Excellence the Secretary of State for Youth and Employment Oswaldo Armindo Faquir Petersburgo.

Bertrand Noyelle, Managing Director of Saipem Moçambique, said: “The agreement with IFPELAC is intended a long-term partnership and a major milestone in Saipem’s mission to create value and contribute to the local community socio-economic development, while executing its operational activities in Moçambique”.
