Saipem: the Board of Directors has appointed Luca Caviglia as the Manager charged with the preparation of the Company’s financial reporting and the certification in sustainability reporting
Milan (Italy), December 18, 2024 – Saipem informs that today the Company’s Board of Directors appointed Luca Caviglia as the new Manager responsible for the preparation of the financial reporting pursuant to art. 154-bis of Legislative Decree No. 58 of February 24, 1998, with certification responsibilities in sustainability reporting pursuant to paragraph 5-ter of said article.
Mr. Luca Caviglia retains responsibility for the Accounting and Administration function of Saipem S.p.A., within the financial department of Saipem S.p.A., led by Chief Financial Officer Paolo Calcagnini.
The appointment has been approved by the Board of Directors, after consulting the Compensation and Remuneration Committee and with the favourable opinion of the Board of Statutory Auditors, in compliance with the requirements provided for by the law as well as the provisions of the Company’s By-laws.
