Saipem: Saipem’s CFO, Antonio Paccioretti, is appointed Manager in charge of the preparation of the Company’s Financial Reports
San Donato Milanese (Italy), June 9, 2021 - Saipem S.p.A. informs that today the Board of Directors - having heard the Compensation and Remuneration Committee and with the favourable opinion of the Board of Statutory Auditors - appointed Antonio Paccioretti as Manager in charge of the preparation of the Company’s Financial Reports, pursuant to art. 154-bis of Legislative Decree no. 58/1998. Mr. Paccioretti has held the position of Saipem’s Chief Financial Officer since June 1, 2021 and is responsible for the Administrative, Finance and Control functions of the Company.
In compliance with Borsa Italiana’s Market Regulations, we inform that Antonio Paccioretti has no shareholdings in the Company.
