Saipem: resignation of the non-executive member of the Board Pierfrancesco Latini
San Donato Milanese (Milan), December 23, 2019 – Saipem informs that, today – and with effect from the date of the resolution of the Board of Directors of Saipem S.p.A. appointing a new member of the Board pursuant to art. 2386 of the Italian civil code - Mr Pierfrancesco Latini, a non-executive and non-independent member of the Board and a member of Saipem’s Audit and Risk Committee, resigned due to his recent appointment in SACE S.p.A., as Managing Director.
As of today, Mr Latini has no shareholdings in the Company.
Saipem thanks Mr Latini for the work carried out within the Board of Directors.
