Saipem: Alternate Auditor resigns
San Donato Milanese (Milan), January 14, 2015 – Saipem announces that Elisabetta Corvi has today resigned from her position of Alternate Auditor of Saipem S.p.A. for personal reasons.
The appointment of a new Alternate Auditor will take place at the next Shareholders’ Meeting.
