SAIPEM: Erika Mandraffino Head of Public Affairs and Communication
San Donato Milanese (Milan), October 08, 2013 – Saipem, a global leader in oil services listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, has appointed Erika Mandraffino as Head of Public Affairs and Communication. Erika Mandraffino has assumed the task of running the new external relations function on October 1. In her new role, Erika Mandraffino reports to the CEO and defines the strategy and guidelines for external communications, corporate image development and institutional relations at Saipem at both a national and international level.
Erika Mandraffino, 40 years old, with a degree in Business Administration from the European Business School in London, was formerly Senior Vice President of Media Relations at Eni, and has over 15 years of experience in the financial and corporate sectors in Italy and in the United Kingdom
Saipem is organized into two Business Units: Engineering & Construction and Drilling, with a strong bias towards oil & gas related activities in remote areas and deepwater. Saipem is a leader in the provision of engineering, procurement, project management and construction services with distinctive capabilities in the design and execution of large-scale offshore and onshore projects, and technological competences such as gas monetization and heavy oil exploitation.
