Stefano Goberti appointed CFO of Saipem
San Donato Milanese (Milan), 31 May 2012 – Saipem’s Board of Directors has appointed Stefano Goberti as Chief Financial Officer, to replace Giulio Bozzini. Mr Goberti has also been appointed, with the approval of the Board of Statutory Auditors, as the manager in charge of the preparation of the Company's accounting documents, pursuant to article 154-bis d. lgs. n. 58/1998, with effect from 1 June 2012.
On the same date, Giulio Bozzini will leave Saipem and join Eni as Executive Vice President of Planning & Control, the position Mr Goberti currently holds.
Stefano Goberti has been with Eni since 2001, where he has held several managerial roles, including that of Executive Vice President Planning & Control since 2010.
Saipem thanks Giulio Bozzini for his valued professional and personal contribution to Saipem over his many years of activity within the Company.
