Saipem: Amendment to the 2026 corporate events calendar
Milan (Italy), September 23, 2026 – Saipem informs that the Board of Directors called to approve the consolidated results as of September 30, 2026, will be held on November 18, 2026, rather than on October 27, 2026, as previously announced.
The amendment will allow the Board of Directors to bring forward, compared to previous years, the discussion of the 2027 budget and the resulting market guidance, and to examine the consolidated results as of September 30, 2026 during the same meeting.
As a result of the amendment to the corporate events calendar, the consolidated financial results as of September 30, 2026, will be approved more than 45 days after the end of the third quarter of 2026, with a consequent update to the timeline communicated to the market on December 16, 2016 regarding additional reports other than the annual and interim financial reports.
The conference call with the financial community to present the consolidated results as of September 30, 2026 and the 2027 guidance will be held on November 19, 2026.
