Saipem: 2026 corporate events calendar

Milan (Italy), January 9, 2026 - Saipem S.p.A. announces the following dates for the publication of its financial results, which will be approved by the Board of Directors and by the Shareholders’ Meeting in 2026.

Pursuant to art. 65-bis and art. 82-ter of the Issuers' Regulations, Saipem intends to continue preparing and disclosing, on a voluntary basis, additional periodic financial information, in addition to the full year and interim financial reports, as of March 31 and September 30.

Saipem Group's quarterly consolidated results subject to approval by Saipem's Board of Directors in accordance with the above timelines include information elements in substantial continuity with the past.

In accordance with the Instructions to the Rules of the Markets Organized and Managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (Title IA.2, Sect. IA.2.1, Art. IA.2.1.3), it is also communicated that, with reference to the distribution of the dividend, if any, based on the results of the 2025 financial year, the ex-dividend date is currently scheduled for the month of May 2026. This communication cannot be interpreted in any way as a prediction that the prerequisites for the distribution of dividends relating to financial year 2025 and future financial years exist.

Any amendments to the above calendar will be promptly communicated.
