Saipem: amendment to the financial calendar 2022
San Donato Milanese (Italy), 11 March 2022 – Saipem S.p.A. informs that, with reference to the updated 2022-2025 strategic plan and the definition of the related financing package and capital structure strengthening, today Eni S.p.A. and CDP Industria S.p.A. informed Saipem that they are completing their preparatory work in view of the meetings of their respective Board of Directors which are expected to be held by March 23, 2022.
Discussions aimed at defining the financing package also continue in a constructive way with the banks.
In order to allow the completion of the deliberative process of Eni S.p.A. and CDP Industria S.p.A., the meeting of the Board of Directors of Saipem, scheduled for March 15, 2022, and called to examine for approval the updated 2022-2025 strategic plan, the related financing package and capital structure strengthening, the consolidated financial statements and the draft statutory financial statements for 2021, is postponed to March 24, 2022.
Consequently, the presentation to the market is now scheduled for March 25, 2022.
