Saipem S.p.A.: Change to Statutory Auditor
San Donato Milanese, 12 December 2011 – Saipem announces that, following the death of Mr Fabrizio Gardi, Mr Giulio Gamba, Alternate Auditor, has taken over the office of Statutory Auditor of the Company.
