Biography
She was born in Milan on 21 May 1979 and graduated with honours in Business Economics from Luigi Bocconi University in Milan, specialising in Finance.
She has twenty years’ experience in finance, governance and sustainability, gained as an equity analyst in investment banks, and investor relations. She began her career as a stock salesperson at Unicredit and JPMorgan, before moving on to the role of Senior Research Analyst at Lehman Brothers and Barclays, contributing to IPOs and advisory projects in Europe and the United States.
From 2018 to 2024, she led the Investor Relations function for the Enel Group, managing an international team of 35 people and sitting on the boards of two group companies. She is a four-time winner of the Best European IRO award, recognised for her IR and ESG activities.
She currently serves as Key Advisor to startups at Berkeley University – SkyDeck European Programme and is a lecturer on the Master's programme in Corporate Finance at SDA Bocconi School of Management. She also serves as an independent member of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Remuneration and Appointments Committee of Neodecortech S.p.A.
She is a member of the Board of Directors and a member of the Related Parties Committee of Saipem S.p.A..
