Saipem has obtained the Diversity and Inclusion attestation for the effectiveness of actions taken to create a diversity-inclusive work environment.
This attestation is recognized globally and has been issued, according to the international standard ISO 30415:2021 on 'Human Resource Management Diversity and Inclusion', by DNV, a leading international third-party provider of assurance, certification, verification and risk management services.
The ISO 30415:2021 standard has international validity and is issued on the basis of a transparent and measurable requirements verification process.
The standard complies with the principles of the Global Compact, to which Saipem adheres, and with some of the most important United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, such as gender equality, decent work and economic growth, reduction of inequalities and is inspired by the principles of human rights at work.
This important recognition demonstrates Saipem's commitment to promoting and supporting the values of diversity and inclusion.
