Saipem People Academy: the heart of our people's training

 

Saipem People Academy is the heart of our commitment to employee training and innovation. The training available, revolving around our Project Management course, is fundamental for improving the skills required for each position. The programme, which includes the “PM Takeaways” and the “PM Academy,” in partnership with the Politecnico di Milan, increases the understanding of project life cycles and helps employees to obtain the required certifications. The Academy also hosts an annual workshop, “PM Leading in Action”, organised in partnership with the Schiedam training centre, which uses innovative methods and a gamification platform to illustrate scenarios and real case studies for participants.

Global Mobility
