Saipem: Financial Calendar 2023

Milan (Italy), December 22, 2022 – Saipem announces the following dates for the publication of its financial results, which will be approved by the Board of Directors and by the Shareholders’ Meeting in 2023.

Saipem intends to continue preparing and disclosing, also in 2023, on a voluntary basis, the Interim Reports at March 31 and September 30, in keeping with the information content, terms of approval and publication, already released to the market on December 16, 2016.

 

·   February 27, 2023    Board of Directors’ meeting - Saipem Group preliminary consolidated 2022 results. Press release.

·   February 28, 2023    Conference call.

·   March 14, 2023        Board of Directors’ meeting - Saipem Group consolidated financial statements and Saipem S.p.A. draft financial statements at December 31, 2022.                                       Press release

·   April 19, 2023           Board of Directors’ meeting – First quarter 2023 results. Press release

·   April 20, 2023           Conference call.

·   May 3, 2023             Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (single call) for the approval of the financial statements of Saipem S.p.A. at December 31, 2022 and the                                          appointment of the Board of Statutory Auditors. Press release detailing the AGM voting outcome.

·   July 26, 2023           Board of Directors’ meeting - Second quarter 2023 results and interim financial report at June 30, 2023. Press release.

·   July 27, 2023           Conference call.

·   October 25,2023      Board of Directors’ meeting – Third quarter 2023 results. Press release.
