We protect and promote human and labour rights; we are committed to continuously cooperating with our suppliers to ensure an ethical and reliable supply chain.
We focus on environmentally friendly investing through technological innovation and we have advanced governance structures to actively prevent any form of corruption.

10 Global Compact principles
We have adopted the 10 Global Compact principles by integrating them into all our strategies, policies and procedures.
We recognise and promote respect for human rights both in our own activities and in those carried out with partners. We signed the Women’s Empowerment Principles at the end of 2020 to reaffirm our commitment to diversity, including gender diversity.
In addition to the Global Compact’s Ten principles, we are actively contributing to the realisation of the 2030 Agenda for the Sustainable Development of the Planet, and above all to the attainment of the Sustainable Development Goals applicable to our business and operations.
Among all the SDGs, our company's commitment to fight climate change (SDG 13) stands out. We are pursuing this goal at the global level through continuous investment in expertise, innovation and environmentally friendly technologies.
Furthermore, we are constantly committed to creating local value in the communities where we work and which host our facilities. The initiatives in the countries where we operate, directed at the local communities, are mainly concerned with socio-economic development, education and professional training, health promotion and environmental protection.
