Biography

She is the CEO of Merlo S.p.A. Industria Metalmeccanica and also holds posts on the Boards of Directors of other companies belonging to the Merlo Group.

She is a member of the Board of Directors, the Control, Risk and Sustainability Committee and the Related Parties Committee, and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee of Sanlorenzo S.p.A.

She has also held positions as board director and member of internal committees in various other companies, including Leonardo S.p.A., BNL Banca Nazionale del Lavoro S.p.A., GEDI Gruppo Editoriale S.p.A., Erg S.p.A. and Banca CRS Cassa di Risparmio di Savigliano S.p.A. 

In 2014, she was awarded the "Mela d'Oro" as part of the "Donne ad Alta Quota" award of the "Marisa Bellisario" Foundation for the entrepreneurial section and in 2017 she received the "Amelia Earhart" award on the initiative of the Zonta Club.
