Our Code of Ethics

 

The Code of Ethics defines clearly, in compliance with the law, the values the company recognizes, accepts and shares, as well as the responsibilities it assumes in relation to internal and external stakeholders.

Compliance with the Code of Ethics is of fundamental importance for ensuring the functioning, reliability and reputation of the Company. The Code requires fairness, loyalty, integrity and transparency of operations, conduct, working practices and processes and in relations within the Group and with external parties (Shareholders, Clients, Suppliers, Partners, Local Communities).

Since 2009, the Code of Ethics is an important part of the Organisation, Management and Control Model of Global Projects Services AG ("OM&C Model" that includes the Code of Ethics").

Whistleblowing

Saipem has adopted a Whistleblowing management system that ensures the management of whistleblowing reports received, including anonymously, in Italy and abroad for all the Group companies.
