Internal Dealing

Saipem SpA as Data Holder is obliged to inform the party concerned that the use of his personal data as well as his rights pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 ("Privacy Code").

Personal data (e.g. personal data, tax data, information relating to financial instruments) will be subject to processing and use only for purposes related to the obligations provided by law, regulations and Community legislation and in execution of internal corporate regulations on Market Abuse (Management System Guideline Market Abuse).As concerns the above mentioned use, the provision of personal data is required by law.

Personal data will be processed using manual, computerized and electronic instruments, suitable to guarantee security and confidentiality of the data on the basis of a logic strictly related to the purposes of the processing, on above.

The data in relation to the aforementioned purposes may also be communicated to the competent authorities for the fulfilment of the law. The data provided will be subject to disclosure in accordance with the current legislation. In addition, the data will be known by employees and third parties expressly appointed by the Data Holder, Responsible and Persons in charge of the processing of the data.

The party concerned will be able to exercise all the rights recognized by article 7 of the Privacy Code, such as, for example, the right to access, update, correction or integration, cancellation and opposition for legitimate reasons by contacting the Vice PresidentCompany Affairs as Responsible for the data processing.
