Adriano Propersi

Statutory Auditor

Adriano Propersi was born in Varese in 1947. A graduate in business economics, he has been on the Milan Register of Chartered Accountants since 1972; has his own accountant firm in Milan, is associated lecturer in Business Economics at the Polytechnic of Milan and he is enrolled on the Register of Auditors.
He has been a lecturer at the Polytechnic of Milan since 1974 and at Università Cattolica since 1971. He is a Director of a Government Non-profit Agency (Agenzia per le ONLUS) in Milan, appointed by the Ministry of Economics for the period 2007-2011. He has been a member of the Association of Chartered Accountants in Milan from 2002 to 2005.
He is: a partner of NED COMMUNITY, the community of Non Executive Directors and Auditors of listed companies; member of the Commission of no-profit agencies at the Consiglio Nazionale dei Dottori Commercialisti (Rome). He has also been a member of the Commissione Tributaria Regionale (Milan) until June 2000.
He has worked on several out-of-court jurisdiction proceedings. He serves as Statutory Auditor and external Auditor to several companies. He also collaborates as a journalist with the newspapers Il Sole 24 Ore and Avvenire.
