Leadership in Health & Safety Programme
Leadership in Health & Safety (LiHS) is a leadership development and cultural change programme. It has been developed to foster a strong organizational safety culture by disseminating safe behaviours throughout the organisation, with a strong focus on leadership development at all management levels. The LiHS method employs a cascade approach and is delivered through a series of phases:
An innovative and emotionally engaging workshop experience, designed for all management levels, which aims to transform organisational leaders into effective safety leaders. LiHS workshops aim to inspire and strengthen awareness and commitment, provide participants with effective tools for influencing behaviours and engage them as key sponsors of a solid and lasting cultural change.
The LiHS Cascade programme is a structured impactful methodology designed to help managers demonstrate a visible commitment to the company’s Safety Vision and align the workforce on the need for change, empowering them to stop and intervene when necessary.
Five Stars Intervention
An interactive and engaging workshop for operational personnel (supervisors and workers) focused on effective intervention, which employs a simple and practical tool to support communication in safe and unsafe situations.
The Leading Behaviours strategy focuses on five simple and transferable ‘non‐negotiable’ behaviours, carefully developed based on the collective experiences of an Operational Management and HSE Workgroup. The objective of the Leading Behaviours strategy is to challenge and eliminate unsafe acts and conditions in a given environment and accelerate the cultural change process triggered by the implementation of the previous phases. Leading Behaviours is a structured impactful methodology designed to help managers demonstrate a visible commitment to the company’s Safety Vision and align the workforce on the need for change, empowering them to stop and intervene when necessary.
A new workshop that aims to encourage workers to adopt positive health choices, focusing specifically on Lifestyle, Malaria and Transmittable diseases.
